Location & Arrival
Plattner Bienenhof can be reached by car or bus by taking the road from Bozen/Bolzano to Ritten/Renon (exit Bozen Nord).
2 km after the village Unterinn you turn left in direction Oberbozen. From the car and bus park at the lake of Wolfsgruben (free) you follow the path towards the Plattnerhof (only 10 minutes).
Handicapped visitors can use the private road from Wolfsgruben up to the museum.
The bee museum can be easily reached by public transportation. The new train (valley station at the Renon cable-car next to the Bolzano railway station) will take you to Soprabolzano in just 8 minutes and without waiting times. From there you can reach us by hiking on an easy walking path for about 30 minutes by foot, or with the historical train to the station of Costalovara.
